Board Committees
Each Committee has a written charter outlining its duties and responsibilities. The members of the Committees and their chairpersons are appointed each year at the first Board meeting after the AGM, for a period of one year.
The Committees report their activities and findings to the Board, which has overall responsibility for any delegated duties.
